My work with CBI has ranged from transaction brokerage to all aspects of team building, design and construction, budget and scheduling.
• Spearheaded new Headquarters project. Led brokerage, negotiation and coordination with legal counsel for the procurement of a 43,000 sf long-term lease in Midtown. Additionally, Dashrock initiated the RFP and procurement process for the A&E team and other vendors, the General Contractor scoping and selection, and served as Project Advisor for CB Insights during the completion of the interior construction through TCO and move-in.
